The program sessions may be recorded and used for public purposes, all rights reserved.

If you're going to close your round, don't leave us out! We ask IFSP startups to reserve a space of up to 20% for us to invest in their next round, with a window to exercise it within one year after the program ends. Please let us know before closing to assess if we join!

The startup can drop out at any time. No questions will be asked. If the startup is falling behind, they will be asked to drop out and apply for the next program.

Impacta VC has developed this program for the best interest of the startup and the Fund.

We have the right to know the status of the round (Signed investors and investment conditions).

You can withdraw up to the first month, and the fee will be refunded (see legal terms).
