The payment method is through registering a credit card, where the monthly fees will be charged on the first 3 business days of each month.

Nothing. You can leave the program whenever you want. If you do so within the first month (before the monthly fee is charged to your payment method, remember it's a subscription), you will be refunded the payment, minus the costs of the fees charged by the payment method. After this period, there is no refund of the fee, but you can stop paying the monthly fee for the following month. Just FYI, the dropout rate in 2022 was 0.
We charge a low amount, friendly to the entrepreneur, and we use it to reinvest in the costs of running the program itself.
You will receive an invitation with the connection link to the email registered until the day before the start of classes. Make sure to reserve every Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm EST (12 PM Chile time) and check the classes that are rescheduled due to holidays on the schedule.
The representative of the startup is only for registration, all founders and/or co-founders can participate in the program. In fact, we ask that all of them register on the portal.
When you are selected and pay the registration fee, you are given access to the IFSP portal, with a username and password. This is where all your information is collected, and it's crucial to keep it updated and neat, as you will be evaluated through this tool. Additionally, all useful material developed during the program will be provided here: class recordings, Side Workshop recordings, perks, etc.
The Rockstars will be unveiled during the course of the program, but we can tell you in advance that they are founders who have successfully raised capital rounds and/or exited their companies, or investors who have invested in these types of companies. Previous IFSP participants include figures such as Zev Siegl (Starbucks), Eduardo Della Maggiora (Betterfly), Komal Dadlani (Lab4U), Aaron Hurst (Purpose Economy), among several other ecosystem experts.
Before applying, make sure to carefully read the requirements. Raising capital is a 24/7 job and requires a lot of time and dedication, so make sure you can commit to that. The idea is to progress in your fundraising strategy as the program progresses, to make the most out of it; it's a hands-on program!.
The program's objective isn't to secure investment from Impacta VC, but it certainly puts you on our radar.
